Hello future challengers! Each month I will be running a new challenge, most last either 21-30 days, and I will post new ones HERE so please follow the page! The challenges are free to join and will help you hold yourself accountable to reach your fitness goals! 


ABOUT CHALLENGES




These challenges are designed to provide a group setting and support group online. Think of it as having a workout buddy (or several), but you don't actually have to go anywhere to meet them. Beachbody programs are difficult, and they will challenge you in ways you may not have experienced before, so having a group online to compare war stories and get tips along the way makes a HUGE difference. We want you to succeed and we want to help you every step of the way. This is not a quick fix. This is not a diet. This is a lifestyle change. If you are ready to put the work in, then THIS is the challenge for YOU. 


COACHING


In order to join one of my challenges, I must be your assigned coach, so if you DO NOT have an assigned coach, click this link to create a free account! 

If you DO currently have an assigned coach you have TWO OPTIONS:
  1. Reach out to your current coach and see if they run any challenges of their own (many of them do), OR
  2. If you are not working with your assigned coach and would like to switch, you do have the option to do so, but will need to message me beforehand so that I can best direct you!

REQUIREMENTS TO JOIN


  1. YOU MUST CHOOSE A BEACHBODY AT-HOME FITNESS PROGRAM. 
    • If you do not own one that you would already like to do, then I can work with you to pick the perfect one for your lifestyle and goals. 
    • If you would prefer to research the programs first on your own, you can find them listed here
    • If you need to purchase a program, make sure you ask me how you can save between 25-30% by ordering your Shakeology and program together!
  2. YOU MUST BE WILLING TO REPLACE ONE MEAL A DAY WITH SHAKEOLOGY AND FOLLOW A HEALTHY DIET.
    • Shakeology is a nutrient-rich, superfood-magical-drink that works wonders. To find out more about it, click here. By replacing one meal a day with it, you will FUEL your body and perform well in the challenges. 
    • To achieve the results you want to, diet is 70% of the challenge. Therefore, you need to follow a healthy diet. Many of the programs will include an eating plan, but let me know if you need some extra guidance. I am obsessed with cooking and would be happy to give you some ideas!
  3. YOU MUST BE OPEN-MINDED.
    • We will have daily assignments/check-ins to help ensure accountability for each challenger so please be willing to participate and share in the group. 
    • These assignments are designed to help you overcome obstacles and grow as a person so that this is a lasting change, not a quick fix.
